Account & Login Support

If you are not able to login or signup, please make sure you are entering the correct email/mobile number. If OTP is not received, check your Spam/Junk folder and try again after a few seconds. If you forgot your password, use the “Forgot Password” option to reset it and login again.

Mock Test & Quiz Issues

If a mock test is not starting or questions are not loading, refresh the page and check your internet connection. Avoid switching tabs repeatedly during the test because it can affect smooth performance. If you face any timer-related issue, keep the test page active and do not close the browser until the test is finished.

Submission & Result Support

When your time is completed, your test may auto-submit. If you submit manually, always click on the Submit button after attempting your questions. If your result is not showing, wait a few seconds and refresh the result page. Your score is calculated automatically based on the correct answers and test settings.

Payments / Subscription Support

If you made a payment and it failed, the amount is usually refunded automatically depending on your bank’s timeline. If your subscription is not activated after payment, logout and login again. If still not updated, contact support with your transaction details.
