Prices, subscription plans, and billing terms are displayed at the time of purchase and may vary based on user category, institution, or offering.
HiQuest Edge may offer one-time payments, recurring subscriptions, institutional licenses, or promotional pricing. Subscription validity, access duration, features, and limitations are defined at the time of purchase. Users are responsible for reviewing plan details before completing payment.
Upon successful payment, users will receive access to the purchased services and, where applicable, a confirmation via email or platform notification. HiQuest Edge is not responsible for delays caused by banking systems, payment gateways, or third-party service providers.
Fees paid for HiQuest Edge are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

Any disputes related to payments, refunds, or cancellations must be raised through official support channels. HiQuest Edge reserves the right to review transaction records and make a final determination in accordance with this policy and applicable laws.
