This Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all financial transactions related to the HiQuest Edge product. HiQuest Edge is an AI-powered assessment and evaluation service delivered under the HiQuest.Cloud platform. This policy should be read together with the Terms of Service – HiQuest Edge and the Privacy Policy – HiQuest Edge.

1. Payments and Billing

All payments for subscriptions, courses, assessments, licenses, or services related to HiQuest Edge are processed in the name of Handson System through authorized banking channels and payment gateways. Prices, subscription plans, and billing terms are displayed at the time of purchase and may vary based on user category, institution, or offering.

2.Subscription Plans

HiQuest Edge may offer one-time payments, recurring subscriptions, institutional licenses, or promotional pricing. Subscription validity, access duration, features, and limitations are defined at the time of purchase. Users are responsible for reviewing plan details before completing payment.

3. Payment Confirmation

Upon successful payment, users will receive access to the purchased services and, where applicable, a confirmation via email or platform notification. HiQuest Edge is not responsible for delays caused by banking systems, payment gateways, or third-party service providers.

4. Refund Policy

Fees paid for HiQuest Edge are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate or excess payment for the same service
  • Technical errors resulting in non-provision of paid services
  • Cancellation initiated by HiQuest Edge where services are not delivered

  • Change of mind after purchase

6. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel recurring subscriptions, where applicable, as per the cancellation terms displayed at the time of purchase. Cancellation will prevent future billing cycles but does not entitle the user to a refund for the current or past billing period.

7. Institutional and Bulk Purchases

Any disputes related to payments, refunds, or cancellations must be raised through official support channels. HiQuest Edge reserves the right to review transaction records and make a final determination in accordance with this policy and applicable laws.

HiQuest Edge reserves the right to modify this Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated versions will be effective upon publication. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
